Job Description
IT-Governance Manager translating DORA and ISMS requirements into controls at digital insurer Neodigital. Supporting security measures, policies, audits, and regulatory implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing and monitoring compliance with IT governance requirements, particularly in the context of an ISMS in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 22301, DORA, and other regulatory requirements
- Acting as an interface between IT Governance, IT Security, IT Operations, and IT Development
- Translating regulatory and conceptual requirements into practical technical and organizational measures
- Supporting the implementation of IT security measures in coordination with the IT teams
- Drafting and revising guidelines, policies, process descriptions, and instructions as part of IT governance
- Monitoring regulatory and technological developments
- Preparing, reviewing, and revising proposals for implementing new regulatory requirements
- Supporting internal and external audits and following up on identified measures
- Handling tasks related to the corporate organization of a digital insurance company and its subsidiaries
Requirements:
- Professional experience within an IT organization or an auditing/consulting firm in the areas of IT governance, IT security, cybersecurity, or information security
- (Advanced) knowledge of and a current, cross-functional overview of regulatory IT requirements, methods, and frameworks (e.g., DORA, KRITIS)
- Basic technical understanding of IT and software architecture is desirable
- Relevant academic degree (e.g., business informatics, computer science, or a related field)
- Accuracy and a high level of reliability
- Hands-on mentality, team spirit, and strong communication skills
- Fluency in written and spoken German
