Job Description
IT Security Consultant / Engineer creating IT-Security concepts for clients while ensuring integration of diverse solutions. Focusing on Network Security, Endpoint Security, and SOC services.
Responsibilities:
- Development of IT security concepts and support for the integration of various solutions during ongoing operations.
- Advising our clients on the selection of appropriate security solutions and strategies.
- Focus on Endpoint Security, XDR, SIEM, Network Security and Cloud Security SOC services.
- Temporary willingness to travel within the DACH region (Germany/Austria/Switzerland).
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge of IT security solutions and network technologies.
- Completed technical degree (Computer Science, Business Informatics) or equivalent.
- Continuous improvement and expansion of IT security monitoring.
- Development of use cases and playbooks together with our clients and internal teams.
- Integration of customer environments with our SOC platform.
- Analysis of unusual or anomalous activity in networks, files and log files.
- Documentation of security incidents and preparation of incident reports.
- Identification and assessment of different threat scenarios.
- Coordination of response activities with our clients and partners.
- Development of technical concepts to translate customer requirements for increased IT security.
- Implementation of recommended security products at customer sites.
- Development of strategies and architectures to protect confidential data.
