Job Description
Junior Portfolio Analyst assisting in portfolio strategy and day-to-day analytics at JLL. Collaborating with senior team members on projects, tools, and processes in Warsaw office.
Responsibilities:
- Support portfolio strategy analysis
- Gather and validate data for various projects and initiatives
- Support the team in the development of new tools, reports, and processes
- Assist in prioritizing and handling urgent requests and data quality initiatives
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely project delivery
- Assist in the preparation of presentations
- Prepare simple financial models
- Perform medium-complexity analyses, primarily financial, to support business decisions
- Support transaction management with close-out reports and engagement notes
- Support preparation and review of commission reports
- Provide general transaction and brokerage administrative support
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Finance, or Real Estate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in data analysis
- Basic understanding of financial concepts and ability to work with simple financial models
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Interest in the real estate industry and willingness to learn and develop
- First professional experience (internship or working student) in analytics, finance, audit, consulting or real estate (nice to have)
- Familiarity with transaction support, brokerage operations or commission processes (nice to have)
