Job Description
Junior architect creating standardized ArchiCAD floor plans and residential area calculations. Supporting ALPHA Software GmbH’s digital building-documentation platform for real-estate professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Import existing floor plans (DWG files) into ArchiCAD
- Prepare residential area calculations in accordance with WoFlV and DIN 277 based on these plans
- Produce clean, consistent floor plans using our templates and standards
- Perform plausibility and quality checks on plans and area specifications
- Coordinate with the team to clarify questions regarding plans
Requirements:
- Completed degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
- Career starters are explicitly welcome – ideally with 0 to 5 years of professional experience
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD
- Experience working with DWG files and/or AutoCAD is a plus
- Initial experience with residential area calculations (WoFlV / DIN 277) is preferred – if not, we will provide thorough training
- Good written and spoken German (at least B2 level)
- Careful, structured, and reliable approach to work
