Job Description
Analista de Compliance Júnior at VERT supporting compliance regulations and client analysis in financial markets. Involves policy updating and regulatory report preparation, ensuring adherence to internal standards.
Responsibilities:
- **How your day-to-day will be:**
- Support the Compliance team’s activities, contributing to adherence to internal rules and applicable financial market regulations;
- Assist in the analysis of clients and counterparties within KYC (Know Your Customer) and due diligence processes;
- Contribute to the drafting, review and update of policies, procedures and internal controls;
- Support the preparation and submission of regulatory and self-regulatory reports, including QDD ANBIMA, FRE, Suitability and other periodic obligations applicable to the institution;
- Support the analysis of alerts related to Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF);
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory reports and in responding to requests from auditors, regulatory authorities and self-regulatory entities;
- Support initiatives to promote a culture of compliance and integrity across the organization.
Requirements:
- **For this role, the following are essential:**
- Law degree (Bachelor’s);
- Prior experience at a financial institution, asset manager and/or fintech;
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and compliance controls;
- Good understanding of rules applicable to the financial market, including CVM, ANBIMA, Central Bank and COAF;
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and attention to detail;
- Organized and able to handle multiple demands and deadlines.
- **Desirable but not required:**
- Experience with KYC processes, client onboarding or AML/CTF monitoring;
- Knowledge of due diligence or compliance monitoring tools;
- Experience drafting or reviewing policies and internal procedures;
- Experience managing official correspondence and interacting with regulatory bodies and self-regulatory entities.
