Job Description

Junior Implementation and Training Analyst responsible for client training and project execution at Thomson Reuters. Collaborating with sales, support, and development teams to enhance financial solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute implementation projects for the financial and accounting services module for new clients
  • Assess training needs and develop corresponding materials and educational programs
  • Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions for clients and colleagues
  • Provide technical support and post-implementation guidance to ensure client satisfaction and success
  • Collaborate with sales, support, and development teams to continuously improve the solutions offered
  • Monitor and report on the progress of implementation and training projects
  • Stay up to date with changes in accounting legislation that affect Domínio solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Accounting Sciences, Human Resources, or related fields
  • Experience in an accounting office with exposure to more than one area (accounting, tax compliance, finance, or payroll)
  • Knowledge of tax and ancillary filing obligations at municipal, state, and federal levels
  • Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of the Domínio system (preferred)
  • Customer service experience (preferred)
  • Experience working in accounting firms (preferred)
