Job Description
Pentester Júnior supporting offensive cybersecurity activities in the Red Team at It4us. Engaging in penetration testing and collaborating with various teams on security validation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform offensive penetration testing activities on web applications, networks, APIs, and systems.
- Support the planning and execution of simulated Red Team attacks.
- Assist in vulnerability analysis and controlled exploitation.
- Produce evidence and reports with technical clarity.
- Collaborate with the Blue Team and Security Engineering to validate remediation.
- Continuously improve offensive methodologies, techniques, and tools.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of offensive security and penetration testing (OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, etc.).
- Familiarity with networking, protocols, Linux, and web environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, SQLmap, Nikto, Metasploit.
- Genuine interest in working with Red Team operations and ethical hacking.
- Participation in CTFs, offensive labs, and hands-on projects.
- Scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Experience with exploitation, pivoting, and reconnaissance.
- Entry-level certifications such as eJPT, eWPT, CEH, OSCP (beginner).
