Job Description
Junior Product Analyst at Bemobi, focusing on payment systems including cards, slips, and PIX. Collaborating with teams to enhance product value and user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and monitor settlement operations for cards, boletos (bank slips), and PIX with external partners.
- Execute and monitor onboarding/registration of new clients.
- Provide support for internal tickets and assist in resolving issues.
- Participate in organizing the product backlog, prioritizing what delivers the most value to customers and the business.
- Write simple user stories and acceptance criteria for the technical team.
- Contribute to market research and competitor comparisons.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, reviews, refinements).
- Monitor deliveries and the progress of requests.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or Technology.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to document processes and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Good communication, organizational skills, and a strong sense of responsibility for deliverables.
- Resilient profile with strong problem-solving skills.
- Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in an internship or entry-level role in financial operations, payments, product, or technology.
- Knowledge of the payments industry — acquirers, sub-acquirers, or schemes such as Elo, Mastercard, and Visa.
- Familiarity with agile methodology.
- Basic knowledge of tools like Jira or similar.
