Job Description
Lead Consultant SAP Architecture für teamatives SAP- und IT-Projektberatung. Steuerung komplexer Kundenprojekte sowie Koordination von Onshore- und Nearshore-Architekturteams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex client projects and align requirements, architecture, and implementation
- Coordinate collaboration with nearshore teams and establish clear responsibilities
- Translate client requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure a smooth flow of information between the client, onshore consulting, and nearshore teams
- Facilitate architecture decisions and ensure scalable, sustainable solutions that align with the existing SAP landscape
- Take ownership of technical or organizational roadblocks
- Develop pragmatic solutions and bring relevant stakeholders together
- Establish best practices for collaboration with nearshore teams
- Further develop delivery and architecture capabilities
Requirements:
- Several years of experience as a Senior Consultant, Lead Consultant, Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or in a comparable role within complex SAP projects
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to assess and clearly communicate architectures and complex technical concepts
- Experience providing functional leadership and directing developers, consultants, or architects, ideally in nearshore teams
- Experience aligning diverse stakeholders—from technical experts to management—around shared solutions and project objectives
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- A high degree of ownership, decision-making ability, and solution-oriented thinking
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel as required by the project
