Job Description

SAP Fieldglass Lead Consultant leading Fieldglass implementations and integration with SAP systems. Managing stakeholder engagement and optimizing contingent workforce processes across global programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as overall solution lead for SAP Fieldglass implementations and ongoing support.
  • Own end-to-end delivery across: Contingent Workforce Management (CWM)
  • Statement of Work (SOW) / Services Procurement
  • Worker Profile Management
  • Lead requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
  • Define and enforce global Fieldglass design standards and governance.
  • Manage project milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalations.
  • Drive Fit-to-Standard / Fit-Gap workshops with business stakeholders.
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
  • Support rollouts, upgrades, and new module enablements.
  • Design and support end-to-end integrations between SAP Fieldglass and: SAP S/4HANA (Finance, Procurement, Payments)
  • SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Worker data)
  • Oversee data flows for: Worker onboarding and lifecycle
  • Time sheets, expense sheets
  • Service entry sheets and invoicing
  • Troubleshoot complex integration issues and drive permanent fixes.
  • Provide L3/L4 support for complex Fieldglass issues in a production environment.
  • Ensure stability of business-critical processes related to contingent labor and services procurement.

Requirements:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass across: Contingent Workforce Management (CWM)
  • SOW / Services Procurement
  • Worker Profile Management
  • Proven track record of leading multiple Fieldglass implementations end-to-end.
  • Strong integration experience with: SAP S/4HANA
  • SAP SuccessFactors
  • Middleware such as SAP CPI / PI
  • Deep understanding of contingent workforce and services procurement business processes.
  • Experience working in global, multi-country deployments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
