Job Description

Lead Data Analyst developing dashboards, data models, and analytical frameworks for Hire Hangar. Supporting global companies through data-driven insights, project leadership, and analyst mentoring.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of analytical frameworks to support business goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into data projects
  • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics models
  • Mentor junior analysts and ensure high standards in data quality and storytelling
  • Recommend process improvements based on data-driven insights
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices
  • Complete the application form in full and record a video as part of the application process

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role
  • Strong command of SQL and Python/R for analysis and modeling
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Proven track record of leading projects and teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with Python, SQL, or Scala
  • Experience with Apache Airflow, dbt, or equivalent pipeline orchestration tools
  • Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
  • Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Kafka or Spark advantageous
  • Experience with Google Workspace
  • Experience with Slack, Zoom, Jira, and other remote collaboration tools
  • Ability to work US time zones (PST - EST)
  • English proficiency required by the application form
