Job Description
Lead Data Analyst developing dashboards, data models, and analytical frameworks for Hire Hangar. Supporting global companies through data-driven insights, project leadership, and analyst mentoring.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of analytical frameworks to support business goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into data projects
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics models
- Mentor junior analysts and ensure high standards in data quality and storytelling
- Recommend process improvements based on data-driven insights
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices
- Complete the application form in full and record a video as part of the application process
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role
- Strong command of SQL and Python/R for analysis and modeling
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Proven track record of leading projects and teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Python, SQL, or Scala
- Experience with Apache Airflow, dbt, or equivalent pipeline orchestration tools
- Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Kafka or Spark advantageous
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Experience with Slack, Zoom, Jira, and other remote collaboration tools
- Ability to work US time zones (PST - EST)
- English proficiency required by the application form
