Job Description
Lead Power Platform engineer guiding Manulife’s financial services teams in governed Dynamics 365, Copilot Studio, and AI solution design. Training global teams and standardizing enterprise integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Drive adoption of the Power Platform according to Microsoft best practices and security standards
- Engage with business segments to define and design AI agents using Copilot Studio
- Train and educate global teams in Power Platform development and security best practices through workshops
- Guide architects and developers on Power Platform architecture design principles during business projects
- Review current designs, objectives and technologies and propose modifications aligned with Power Platform principles
- Work with Segment and Enterprise architects to create repeatable patterns for standard integrations and configurations
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Technology Services Power Platform team on projects
- Help deliver a capable, well-governed and compliant Power Platform service at Manulife
Requirements:
- At least 10 years' experience as a Cloud developer
- 5 years’ experience in Power Platform / Dynamics 365 as a pro-code developer
- 5 years' experience in Power Platform / Dynamics as a solutions architect or a lead engineer
- 2 years' experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub and Power Platform CLI
- Strong experience analyzing solutions for business and security requirements across multiple Power Platform projects
- Expert-level knowledge of Dataverse and Dataverse security
- Expert knowledge of Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven apps
- Expert knowledge of Power Automate cloud and desktop flows
- Knowledge of Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Akamai and Power BI (Fabric)
- Strong experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, SQL, Data Lake, Service Bus and Application Insights
- Experience designing and developing multiple Dynamics Apps in the same Dynamics environment, leveraging common core entities and data
- Experience in Power Platform administration, including environments, capacity, licensing and custom tooling
- Power Platform developer and architect certifications are desirable
- Large complex environment experience is desired but not required
