Job Description

AI Lead Product Manager overseeing the strategy and execution of AI-powered Health Data Products at Dedalus. Leading product managers and engaging with healthcare stakeholders across Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the strategy and execution of AI-powered Health Data Products portfolio.
  • Define and own the global product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered Health Data Products.
  • Lead, develop, and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Engage with executive stakeholders across clinical, commercial, and technical functions.
  • Champion a data-driven approach to product decision-making, OKRs, and KPIs.
  • Engage directly with healthcare customers and internal stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for AI-driven improvement.
  • Ensure each product is supported by a business case.
  • Oversee cross-portfolio dependencies and integration points.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Health Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Business.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with significant exposure to data-intensive AI products in healthcare or life sciences.
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring product managers; demonstrated ability to build team capability and culture.
  • Strong grasp of AI and machine learning concepts and their practical application to health data pipelines and analytics.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align at all levels of the organisation across multiple geographies.
  • Track record of defining and delivering complex, multi-domain product roadmaps from strategy through to execution.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data standards, governance frameworks, and privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
  • Native English speaker or C1/C2 English certification.
