Job Description
Lead Product Owner driving technology products within clinical ops at CenterWell. Collaborating with teams to ensure successful product launches and maximize customer value.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of configuration specialists to align vended solution and business need
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coordinated and successful product launch
- Create value for both customers and organization while mitigating risk
- Validate hypotheses by continuous testing during product/feature discovery
- Serve as Product Owner for digital engagement solutions
- Proactively address problems and make recommendations to improve processes
- Work with Product Management to establish product/feature roadmap and goals
- Collaborate with internal and external contacts to analyze needs
- Create Release Plans and manage releases
- Establish sprint goals in coordination with the team
- Attend Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning meetings
- Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare
- 5+ years of Product Owner Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Primary Care
- 2+ years of experience with Athena
