Job Description
Home Inspector conducting inspections across residential and commercial sectors for GreenWorks. Engaging with clients effectively and delivering comprehensive reports for peace of mind in real estate decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections for several of our verticals (Residential, Commercial, Phase, Investor, Engineering Assistant, Mold, Environmental, etc.).
- Build relational business with clients by telephone, email, or in-person at inspections.
- Writing reports that are clear, concise, and easy to understand.
- Must be available to work five or six days a week.
Requirements:
- Currently hold a valid TREC Home Inspector License.
- Minimum of two years construction or a related field experience preferred.
- Must have Valid Drivers License.
