Job Description
Licensed counselor delivering remote, evidence-based therapy to adults for Two Chairs, a technology-enabled mental healthcare provider. Managing client caseloads, assessments, treatment data, and compliant documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients aged 18+, using modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI
- Maintain a caseload of 7–20 attended ongoing therapy sessions per week
- Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust the approach based on client progress
- Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate
- Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
- Conduct ongoing therapy appointments and assessments for new clients
- Complete, sign, and lock all documentation in the EMR within 48 hours of client contact
- Participate in required training and ongoing support
Requirements:
- Must be licensed in Washington as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- Willingness and motivation to become licensed in other states
- Available for 8–24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions
- 2+ years of clinical experience with adults aged 18+
- At least six months of teletherapy experience
- Proficiency with clinical assessments such as PHQ-9 for tracking client progress
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Select 7–10 session hours between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday
- Available during regular business hours for at least 1 hour per week during the first 6 weeks for training, followed by 30 minutes per month for ongoing support
- Documentation completed, signed, and locked in the EMR within 48 hours of client contact
- Ability to practice evidence-based therapy with adult clients
- Knowledge of HIPAA and applicable state regulations
