Job Description
Marketing and social media specialist growing Stranger Soccer’s on-demand football platform. Creating video, graphics, copy, and scheduled content for the UAE market.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the UAE Business Owner and a small operations team to manage and grow the social media presence
- Support key marketing functions
- Edit short-form videos, match highlights, and promotional content using CapCut Pro / Descript
- Create graphic designs for game announcements, promotions, and sponsor content via Canva and AI tools
- Write post captions and community messages using Claude/ChatGPT assistance
- Schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook using Buffer / Later
- Manage community DMs and comments while maintaining brand voice consistency
- Plan monthly/weekly content calendars aligned with the game schedule
- Coordinate with the UAE-based videographer for match-day capture assets
Requirements:
- 3+ years in social media / content role, ideally for a sports, fitness, hospitality, or community brand
- Proven portfolio of short-form video and design output
- Fluent English, strong written communication
- Ability to work independently across UAE and PH time zones
- Must be available for weekly sync at UAE morning time
