Job Description
Analista de Materiais Protheus ensuring productivity and support in ERP consulting for Logithink. Investigating incidents and applying technical solutions to enhance Protheus stability.
Responsibilities:
- Actively work the support queue, ensuring SLAs are met with a focus on productivity
- Investigate incidents in the Materials and Production modules, identifying whether the cause is a process error, configuration/parameterization issue, or system failure
- Apply technical and functional solutions decisively, ensuring the fix does not impact other routines
- Support end users, understanding their issues and providing clear guidance to prevent recurrence
- Document applied solutions in detail to enrich our internal knowledge base
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the Purchasing, Inventory, Billing/Invoicing and PCP (Production Planning) modules
- Ability to manage and resolve multiple support tickets per day with accuracy
- Critical thinking to analyze logs, tables and processes before proposing a solution
- Focus on customer success and stability of the Protheus environment
- SQL knowledge to perform table queries and data diagnostics
- Nice to have: TOTVS certification in Protheus modules; experience with Protheus integrations with other systems; logistics and execution knowledge: GFE (Freight Management), TMS (Transportation Management) and WMS (Warehouse Management)
