Job Description
Administrative Analyst assisting Bancorbrás in managing consortia operations and project execution within a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Configure bid offers and validate assembly meeting calendars according to each group's characteristics;
- Review and adjust system settings, ensuring compliance with current rules and the official calendar;
- Handle daily requests for bid offers, analyzing eligibility and data consistency;
- Retrieve Federal Lottery results and validate/record assemblies in the system;
- Analyze group balances and inform managers of the need for capital injections or withdrawals;
- Extract and validate reports of authorized bids, identifying inconsistencies and deviations;
- Extract reports of confirmed quotas and send award notifications via OMNI;
- Perform manual resends when automatic delivery fails;
- Cancel awards for delinquent quotas after alignment with the credit department and notify the responsible team;
- Resolve pending awards due to non-payment of bids, executing cancellations when necessary;
- Coordinate with the relevant department to send reservation notices to consortium members;
- Analyze assembly results, identify improvement opportunities and propose system enhancements;
- Conduct market analyses and contribute to strategic product positioning;
- Prepare Business Plans for new consortium groups;
- Propose operational adjustments to optimize processes and reduce rework;
- Perform preliminary analysis of SAG 2080, identifying and correcting inconsistencies together with involved teams;
- Review Central Bank comments, alerts and returns, implementing corrective and preventive actions;
- Support maintenance of regulatory compliance for groups and operational processes;
- Execute procedures for opening new groups, ensuring standardization;
- Assess the need for new products, requesting feasibility studies from the Planning area;
- Detail characteristics such as administrative fee, credit amounts, sales composition, number of participants and duration;
- Authorize groups for sale and notify the areas involved.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Management Processes, Economics, Statistics or related fields;
- Experience performing medium-complexity routines with autonomy;
- Analytical ability to interpret data, identify deviations and support decision-making;
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, data cross-referencing, formulas and basic automations;
- Advanced Power BI skills for building dashboards, KPIs and integrated visual analyses;
- Strong written and verbal communication for drafting emails, notices and coordinating with internal teams;
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Outlook, and productivity/organization tools;
- Organization and control of administrative and operational routines, including management of physical and digital documents;
- Ability to solve medium-complexity problems with critical thinking and a strategic outlook;
- Collaborative profile, with ease working in teams and supporting internal processes;
- Attention to detail and commitment to standardization and data quality;
- Proactivity and interest in continuous development of technical and behavioral skills.
