Job Description

Fiscal Analyst managing diverse client accounts remotely for ALLBATROZ. Ensuring compliance and excellent client communication in tax matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform the calculation, analysis and reconciliation of direct and indirect taxes (federal, state and municipal), ensuring compliance with current legislation;
  • Ensure the accurate filing/delivery of ancillary tax obligations (EFD ICMS/IPI, EFD Contribuições, DCTF, ECF, among others);
  • Operate, configure/parameterize and validate data in various ERP systems according to each client’s environment;
  • Maintain direct client relationships, conducting technical alignments, clarifying doubts and providing guidance on tax processes;
  • Support clients across different industries and levels of complexity, including companies with tax incentives/benefits (TTD);
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of tax processes, standardization and BPO best practices;
  • Provide technical support to the team regarding changes introduced by the Tax Reform, monitoring updates and operational impacts.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Proven experience in the tax area, preferably in accounting or BPO;
  • Knowledge of taxation in the State of Santa Catarina;
  • Experience with Lucro Real and Lucro Presumido tax regimes;
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Sankhya, Questor or similar is a plus;
  • Have a computer that meets minimum requirements (Wi‑Fi connection, 8 GB RAM, Intel i3 processor);
  • Possess dual monitors;
  • Internet connection of at least 200 Mbps;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with ease in client service;
  • Organized and analytical profile, attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
