Job Description
Support professional for .NET applications in a digital solutions consultancy. Focus on incident support and minor enhancements for LATAM business.
Responsibilities:
- Incident Support: Resolve incidents in .NET applications within the established SLA
- Service Request Handling: Process requests such as configuration adjustments, access management, and reporting needs
- Minor Enhancements: Implement small improvements in .NET applications, including bug fixes and UI adjustments
- SME (Subject Matter Expert) Role: Act as the technical and functional reference for the supported applications
- Business Interface (LATAM): Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into solutions
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API)
- Experience with SQL Server: troubleshooting, queries, performance optimization
- Knowledge of IIS, Windows Services, and Azure App Services
- Experience with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD)
- Solid understanding of ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change)
- Intermediate Spanish for LATAM support (desirable)
- Previous experience in complex corporate environments (desirable)
- Knowledge of legacy applications and system modernization (desirable)
