Job Description

Support professional for .NET applications in a digital solutions consultancy. Focus on incident support and minor enhancements for LATAM business.

Responsibilities:

  • Incident Support: Resolve incidents in .NET applications within the established SLA
  • Service Request Handling: Process requests such as configuration adjustments, access management, and reporting needs
  • Minor Enhancements: Implement small improvements in .NET applications, including bug fixes and UI adjustments
  • SME (Subject Matter Expert) Role: Act as the technical and functional reference for the supported applications
  • Business Interface (LATAM): Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into solutions

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API)
  • Experience with SQL Server: troubleshooting, queries, performance optimization
  • Knowledge of IIS, Windows Services, and Azure App Services
  • Experience with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD)
  • Solid understanding of ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change)
  • Intermediate Spanish for LATAM support (desirable)
  • Previous experience in complex corporate environments (desirable)
  • Knowledge of legacy applications and system modernization (desirable)
