Job Description
Newsletter Editor shaping product updates, creator stories, and VR industry news for DeoVR. Managing editorial planning, publication, and performance optimization for a global immersive streaming community.
Responsibilities:
- Own the newsletter editorial calendar, from content planning to publication
- Write, edit, and publish engaging newsletters featuring product updates, creator stories, and industry news
- Identify relevant topics and turn technical information into clear, compelling content
- Create attention-grabbing subject lines, engaging copy, and effective calls to action
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and creative teams to gather insights and develop content ideas
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and high editorial standards across communications
- Monitor newsletter performance and continuously improve content based on audience engagement
- Experiment with content formats, messaging, and storytelling approaches to improve results
Requirements:
- Proven experience in newsletter editing, copywriting, content marketing, or a similar role
- Excellent English writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Strong understanding of email content best practices and audience engagement
- Ability to simplify technical topics and create engaging content for different audiences
- Experience with email marketing platforms and basic content analytics
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- B2B only — work as an independent contractor with your own legal entity
