Job Description
Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit bei kaer, einem Anbieter digitaler Gesundheits-, Arbeitsmedizin- und Sicherheitssysteme. Betreuung von Kunden in Deutschland mit 60 % Reisetätigkeit und flexibler Remote-Arbeit.
Responsibilities:
- Develop occupational health and safety practices for clients
- Support clients as a trusted partner in safety and health
- Design occupational health and safety processes to be digital, intelligent, and user-friendly
- Manage occupational health and safety and health protection using software
- Actively help shape new processes at kaer
- Support clients on-site as part of a role involving 60% travel
- Work the remaining hours flexibly from home or another suitable location
Requirements:
- Expertise in occupational health and safety, including regulations, processes, and products
- Professional and confident manner
- Willingness and ability to work both as part of a team and independently
- Experience delivering services digitally
- Completed training as an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist
- Additional qualifications in occupational and health protection are an advantage, such as Fire Safety Officer, Health and Safety Coordinator, Waste Management Officer, Water Protection Officer, or Immissions Control Officer
- Willingness to drive sustainable change in occupational health and safety and help shape processes
- English language skills are desirable
- Willingness to travel 60% within Germany
