Job Description
Oncology Account Specialist engaging HCPs within specific accounts to grow brand share and revenue for NSCLC/NMSC treatments. Collaborating with multiple partners while ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Engage HCPs who treat NSCLC/NMSC patients within specific accounts
- focus on presenting clinically focused selling messages to build and grow revenue and deliver product goals
- demonstrate initiative, drive, and independence
- take ownership by demonstrating outstanding account management-based selling skills
- lead performance and deliver results in a compliant manner with integrity
- work closely with Reimbursement and Access Specialists, Key Account Managers
- engage Oncology Specialists (NSCLC/NMSC) and other key experts within assigned account alignment
- facilitate partnership with multiple collaboration partners
- develop strong working relationships with aligned designated accounts and specialists
- execute market profiling activities
- proactively identify business opportunities with assigned accounts
Requirements:
- A Bachelors degree; Master’s degree or additional advanced education/certifications a plus
- minimum 3 years successful experience in Oncology sales (NSCLC experience Preferred)
- Buy and bill experience with biologics required
- Minimum of (3) years of experience working with key NSCLC thought leaders or high influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, key institutions
- advanced clinically based and account-based selling skills
- success and positive consistent sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments operating with a high degree of integrity within compliance guidelines
- results oriented with a track record of success with product launches
- strong account manager with analytical, problem-solving and planning skills
