Job Description
Family Law Attorney reviewing prenuptial agreements for digital platform, ensuring clarity for clients and flagging critical clauses. Contract role requiring 5+ years of family law experience and strong communication.
Responsibilities:
- Review prenups on our digital platform
- Flag important clauses, and provide comments to your client
- Review and respond to comments from opposing counsel
- Ensure client understands terms of prenuptial agreement and answer any questions they may have
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience as a family law attorney
- Deep understanding of, and experience with, prenuptial agreements
- Strong communication skills - responsive, with clear, concise communication
- Customer-centric mindset
- Licensed and in good standing to practice in the state of Pennsylvania
- Must carry your own Professional Liability Insurance
- Ability to represent clients in multiple languages
