Job Description
Legal analyst supporting investment fund structuring and regulatory compliance in capital markets. Engaging with clients and overseeing due diligence for real estate and investment funds.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on the structuring, formation, registration and monitoring of investment funds, with a focus on FIIs (Real Estate Investment Funds) and FIPs (Private Equity Funds).
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Support public offerings.
- Assist with due diligence processes.
- Interact with clients and partners.
- Ensure regulatory compliance of transactions.
Requirements:
- Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with investment funds, preferably FIIs and FIPs.
- Knowledge of CVM and ANBIMA rules, with strong command of CVM Resolution 175 (General Part and Normative Annexes III — FII and IV — FIP).
- Advanced English (reading, writing and speaking) — desirable
- Experience with cross-border transactions and governance of portfolio companies — desirable
- Knowledge of LGPD and compliance/anti-corruption frameworks — desirable
