Job Description

People Generalist supporting Twilio’s GTM and Marketing HR operations at Twilio, a global communications platform. Managing performance cases, HR analytics, and people programs across Canada.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the HRBP team supporting GTM and Marketing functions on program roll-outs and ongoing process execution
  • Analyse HR data and trends, including headcount, attrition, and performance, to generate insights and prepare customised reports, metrics, and presentation materials
  • Own and manage performance management cases end-to-end
  • Coach and guide managers through performance management processes
  • Support the HR Leader on ad hoc projects
  • Execute and, where required, lead business-led initiatives such as reorganisations and job role and level assessments
  • Partner cross-functionally with Talent Management, IT, ER, HR Operations, Compliance, Recruiting, and Compensation stakeholders
  • Manage annual cyclical programs such as calibration and pulse surveys
  • Maintain confidentiality of core HR data and projects

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in an HR role partnering with a GTM org.
  • Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter
  • Decisive problem solver with a "get it done" attitude in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Strong ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and exercise judgment with sensitive and confidential issues
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to share recommendations with stakeholders
  • Ability to connect internal data with external benchmarks to provide actionable executive insights
  • Strategic usage of AI tools to enhance productivity
  • Employee focus and proactive communication to ensure optimum HR support
  • Ability to align GTM and marketing HRBPs and COEs to ensure scalable programs reflecting unique functional needs
  • Growth mindset and willingness to continue learning and developing skills
  • Strong ability to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Proficiency with HR systems, such as Workday and ServiceNow (desired)
