Job Description
Human Resources Intern collaborating on employee programs and communications at CivicScience, enhancing HR practices and internal initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm creative ideas for Employee Resource Group programming
- Draft content for internal communications
- Support the upcoming transition of the CivicScience intranet to a new platform
- Research innovative and responsible ways to incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) into workflows and internal platforms
- Draft job descriptions for critical roles
- Influence and update new hire policies and procedures
- Contribute to training, learning, and development tools for new hire onboarding
Requirements:
- Knowledge of human resources best practices and communications principles
- Ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively
- Excellent written communication, including impeccable grammar
- Eligibility to receive college credits for this unpaid internship
- Education in human resources, communications, or business programs (preferred)
