Job Description
Remote Graphic Designer/Photo Editor enhancing property photography and drone imagery. Supporting Wingman Group’s Australian residential real-estate marketing across digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Edit and enhance property photography for professional and consistent residential listings
- Prepare and refine drone imagery, including location pins, site highlights, and directional markers
- Optimise property images for websites, portals, social media, and digital advertising
- Apply brand guidelines across property marketing materials
- Resize, crop, and format images for different platforms and placements
- Assist with layouts for listing graphics, social tiles, and digital brochures
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on listing requirements and priorities
- Maintain organised folders and asset libraries
- Ensure accuracy of property boundaries, location markers, and visual presentation
- Manage multiple property listings and design requests within required timeframes
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva
- Strong experience editing property photography and digital images
- Experience working with drone imagery, including adding location pins, overlays, and annotations
- Understanding of image optimisation for real estate portals, websites, and social media
- Strong attention to detail, composition, and visual consistency
- Ability to accurately follow and apply brand guidelines
- Excellent time management and ability to meet tight listing deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with onshore team members
- Ability to manage multiple listings and competing priorities efficiently
- Self-provided USB headset with noise cancellation
- Working webcam
- Computer with at least 1.5 GHz processor and at least 8GB RAM
- Main internet service of at least 50 Mbps cable connection
- Backup internet service of at least 25 Mbps
- Dual monitor
- BIR registration and required government contributions
- NBI or Police Clearance
- Government-issued ID
- English proficiency test
- Personality test
- Quiet, minimal-noise work-from-home location
- Willingness to comply with Wingman IT and security requirements and system monitoring
- Willingness to provide references and pre-employment requirements
- Agreement to an independent contractor contract under Singapore Law
