Job Description
PHP Full Stack Developer contributing to innovative web and mobile app marketplaces at Purple Dot Digital Limited. Building and maintaining responsive web applications in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain robust web applications using PHP and other web technologies
- Create and manage backend services and ensure seamless data integration
- Develop user-friendly, responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular)
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
- Design and maintain databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent)
- Optimize database queries and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to enhance application functionality
- Work closely with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality products
- Conduct thorough testing of web applications to identify and fix bugs or issues
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong portfolio of web development projects
- Proficiency in PHP and related frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony)
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks)
- Experience with database design and management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
