Job Description
Principal ServiceNow Platform Architect orientando arquitetura estratégica, governança e transformação digital para clientes globais da Avantti Tecnologia. Conectando investimentos em ServiceNow a resultados mensuráveis de negócio.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a Trusted Architectural Advisor to clients, defining platform strategies and aligning ServiceNow capabilities with business objectives
- Develop and maintain strategic platform roadmaps, prioritizing capability adoption, value realization, and sustainability
- Lead architecture reviews and guide decisions regarding technical architecture, data strategy, integrations, governance, security, and AI adoption
- Assess platform health and identify technical risks, technical debt, optimization opportunities, performance issues, security concerns, and user experience improvements
- Recommend platform remediation and evolution strategies
- Influence executives and senior technology leaders in platform-related decisions
- Advise Enterprise Architects, Platform Owners, and technical teams
- Mentor other architects and contribute to the development of the architecture community
- Create and share frameworks, standards, best practices, and governance models
- Support transformation initiatives leveraging AI and ServiceNow AI capabilities
- Connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes
Requirements:
- Experience in enterprise architecture, platform architecture, consulting, or digital transformation
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture
- Experience with ServiceNow capabilities and applications, integrations, data models, enterprise architecture, and governance frameworks
- Proven experience building Platform Roadmaps and long-term technology strategies
- Ability to translate business objectives into scalable, enterprise-wide technology strategies
- Experience advising CIOs, CTOs, VPs, Technology Directors, Enterprise Architects, and platform leaders
- Strong experience in Technical Governance, Platform Health Assessment, Risk Management, and Technical Debt Remediation
- Experience defining data architecture, integration strategy, and enterprise technology standards
- Experience with AI-enabled Transformation initiatives, including ServiceNow AI capabilities
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder relationship management, and consulting skills
- Advanced/fluent English, with the ability to participate in meetings, presentations, and technical and strategic discussions in a global environment
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification, or currently pursuing advanced ServiceNow architecture certifications — a plus
- Knowledge of multiple ServiceNow workflows/modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, and GRC — a plus
- Experience advising large enterprises on platform modernization and digital transformation programs — a plus
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of different market sectors — a plus
- Ability to connect technology investments to business outcomes and performance indicators — a plus
- Experience structuring governance frameworks — a plus
- Experience leading and developing other architects — a plus
- Track record of advancing architectural standards and excellence in large organizations — a plus
