Job Description
Principal Product Marketing Manager owning positioning, launches, and competitive strategy for Cyara’s agentic AI assurance platform. Partnering with enterprise buyers and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own positioning and messaging for Agentic CX assurance
- Own go-to-market for agentic AI releases, including launch tiering, enablement, content, analyst and press briefings, and post-launch pipeline measurement
- Conduct customer interviews, win/loss reviews, and analyst conversations
- Track competitive vendors and provide sellers with clear competitive positioning
- Build sales enablement materials, including pitches, discovery questions, objection handling, and demo narratives
- Create solution briefs, analyst submissions, webinars, launch blogs, and conference sessions on agentic AI assurance, LLM risk, and AI governance in CX
- Partner daily with Product, Sales, Demand Gen, and Customer Success
- Begin as an individual contributor and grow into leading a team as the company scales
Requirements:
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS and AI product marketing, including at least 2 years at senior or lead level owning a product portfolio independently
- Track record of shipping launches that moved pipeline and bookings, with measurable results
- Strong writing and presentation skills; samples will be requested
- Comfort working with technical buyers and technical product teams
- Experience selling to enterprise accounts through a sales-led motion with long cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Direct experience marketing agentic AI, LLM-based applications, AI evaluation, or AI governance products
- Ability to explain non-determinism, hallucination risk, agent orchestration, and evaluation methodology to a CIO
- CX or contact center background, including IVR, CCaaS, conversational AI, NLU, or contact center operations
- Experience in QA, testing, observability, or monitoring categories
- Analyst relations experience with Gartner, Forrester, or Everest Group
