Job Description
Advisor Product Developer designing and delivering enterprise-level business solutions at Gainwell. Leading innovative projects to improve healthcare for vulnerable communities.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver complex, comprehensive product-based business solutions
- Lead or monitor the product implementation process
- Provide strategic product advice to clients
- Be a knowledge expert in emerging technologies
- Manage and motivate a team of product development experts
Requirements:
- 5+ yrs. working with client enterprise products, services and strategies
- 3 or more years of health and human services experience preferred
- 5+ yrs. in technology architecture, product development life cycle, cloud technologies
- Expert using relational databases and software development skills
- Effective leader who can supervise teams and motivate individuals
- Strong executive presence to communicate technical ideas clearly
