Job Description
Product Manager focused on high-impact initiatives for CJKI at Canva. Driving alignment between global strategy and local needs to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end product strategy, execution, and outcomes for major initiatives
- Translate global product vision into actionable, market-appropriate solutions for CJKI
- Deeply understand CJKI user behavior and pain points across acquisition, activation, retention, and sharing
- Drive alignment and execution without direct reporting authority
- Reduce uncertainty through A/B testing, phased rollouts, and experimentation frameworks
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of Product Management experience
- Strong experience in Growth, Core Experience, Platform, or Entry-point products
- Strong data fluency, able to combine data and user insights to drive decisions
- Deep understanding of at least one CJKI market (China / Japan / Korea)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Fluent in English and comfortable working in a global context
