Job Description

Product Manager focused on high-impact initiatives for CJKI at Canva. Driving alignment between global strategy and local needs to enhance user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end product strategy, execution, and outcomes for major initiatives
  • Translate global product vision into actionable, market-appropriate solutions for CJKI
  • Deeply understand CJKI user behavior and pain points across acquisition, activation, retention, and sharing
  • Drive alignment and execution without direct reporting authority
  • Reduce uncertainty through A/B testing, phased rollouts, and experimentation frameworks

Requirements:

  • 5–8+ years of Product Management experience
  • Strong experience in Growth, Core Experience, Platform, or Entry-point products
  • Strong data fluency, able to combine data and user insights to drive decisions
  • Deep understanding of at least one CJKI market (China / Japan / Korea)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and comfortable working in a global context
