Job Description
Product Manager focused on Security & Authorisation at Finom, a fintech startup innovating financial solutions for entrepreneurs in Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the product strategy for Security & Authorisation
- Work with engineers to strengthen application security
- Develop authentication and authorisation mechanisms
- Support customer protection initiatives
- Collaborate with Engineering for continuous improvement
- Manage the product backlog
- Collect feedback to guide decisions
- Use data and user insights to measure impact
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of product management experience
- Exposure to security, authentication, or technical infrastructure
- Understanding of web and mobile applications
- Passion for protecting customers
- Structured and delivery-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communication skills with stakeholders
- Curiosity and eagerness to grow in fintech security
