Job Description
Sr Solutions Director directing Security solutions strategy at ePlus. Leading go-to-market plans for innovative Security technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for setting the strategy and go-to-market plans for current and emerging Security solutions
- Maintain and evolve a Security strategy that aligns with business goals
- Develop and maintain a competitive edge and deliver innovative solutions to clients
- Collaborate with national delivery teams to refine, simplify, and differentiate solutions
- Build go-to-market plans for introduction of new technology solutions
- Develop packaged solutions that deliver profitability and sustainable growth for services
Requirements:
- Previous success managing a profit and loss for a line of business
- Previous success developing partnerships between different, independent entities
- Previous success in sales and relationship-building roles
- Previous success in managing and delivering IT projects, on time and on budget
- Proven success selling solutions at the CXO and VP level
- Ability to conduct executive level (CISO, CIO) dialogue and presentations
- Knowledge and experience selling Security products and services
- Must be fully knowledgeable and able to competently discuss, plan, and support deployment efforts around IT solutions using five or more of the following domains:
- Network Security
- Advanced Threat
- Cloud Security
- Data Protection and Privacy
- Security Operations and Analysis
- Endpoint Security
- Application Security
- Strong organization skills, presentation skills and acute attention-to-detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, challenging work environment
- Ability to adapt and learn new technologies, products, and processes in a short timeframe
- Ability to exercise good judgment in determining appropriate course of action.
