Job Description

Product Manager specializing in complex data-driven solutions at Grupo Boticário in Brazil. Leading product strategy and stakeholder management effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • As a PM I (Spec I), you will be the PM 'Pain Owner', leading highly complex solutions that connect data intelligence to the experience of our franchisee. You will not just maintain backlogs; you will orchestrate the strategy.

  • Stakeholder Management & Shared Responsibility: Align expectations, manage dependencies and build roadmaps together with leaders, executives and co-responsible PMs, leading by example and influence.
  • Value Engineering & Critical Decisions: Prioritize initiatives based on deep analytical grounding (facts, data and return on investment), able to say no and make difficult decisions in ambiguous scenarios.
  • Act as a technical and methodological reference, helping to mature product, data and documentation culture among other PMs on the team.

Requirements:

  • Product Management Experience: Proven track record in technology products, preferably within complex ecosystems (e.g., retail, e-commerce).
  • AI in Daily Work: Practical experience (or deep applied knowledge) using AI/GenAI to optimize products, whether in prototyping features or using tools (e.g., LLMs, automations) to accelerate the product management process.
