Job Description
Product Manager specializing in complex data-driven solutions at Grupo Boticário in Brazil. Leading product strategy and stakeholder management effectively.
Responsibilities:
- As a PM I (Spec I), you will be the PM 'Pain Owner', leading highly complex solutions that connect data intelligence to the experience of our franchisee. You will not just maintain backlogs; you will orchestrate the strategy.
- Strategic Leadership & Accountability: Lead the product strategy for your scope in MAR, being ultimately accountable for achieving success metrics (Outcomes) and delivering business impact.
- Orchestration of Complex Discovery: Conduct deep, continuous discovery processes, connecting Data, Engineering and Business areas to solve problems that require high systemic interdependence.
- Builder Mindset: Go well beyond writing user stories. Design end-to-end solutions, understanding data flows, architecture and how decisions affect the front line of the sales operation.
- Stakeholder Management & Shared Responsibility: Align expectations, manage dependencies and build roadmaps together with leaders, executives and co-responsible PMs, leading by example and influence.
- Value Engineering & Critical Decisions: Prioritize initiatives based on deep analytical grounding (facts, data and return on investment), able to say no and make difficult decisions in ambiguous scenarios.
- Act as a technical and methodological reference, helping to mature product, data and documentation culture among other PMs on the team.
Requirements:
- Product Management Experience: Proven track record in technology products, preferably within complex ecosystems (e.g., retail, e-commerce).
- AI in Daily Work: Practical experience (or deep applied knowledge) using AI/GenAI to optimize products, whether in prototyping features or using tools (e.g., LLMs, automations) to accelerate the product management process.
- Data Culture: Ability to analyze data (SQL is a plus) to support decisions and measure the success of deliveries.
- Agile Methodologies: Mastery of discovery and delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
