Job Description

Senior Product Manager & Strategist creating innovative AdTech solutions. Leading market research and strategic product initiatives in a hybrid work setup with US time zones.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the competitive landscape view and perform deep market research to identify growth opportunities
  • Develop strategic theses and conduct TAM/SAM analysis for product portfolio expansion
  • Build detailed revenue opportunity and P&L models for new products or features
  • Present market intelligence and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
  • Conduct customer discovery through interviews, surveys, and usability tests
  • Analyze user journeys and feature adoption using analytics tools
  • Write clear Product Briefs, PRDs, and user stories
  • Collaborate with BA, Designer, and Copywriter to groom and prioritize backlog
  • Approve feature acceptance criteria before deployment

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in Product Management or Product Strategy, preferably in B2B SaaS or AdTech
  • Proven experience in financial modeling and competitive analysis (Market Sizing/TAM)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
  • Upper-intermediate or higher English level
  • Ability to work US time zone hours
  • Experience with AI-driven AdTech solutions would be a plus
  • Background in high-load systems and real-time data processing would be a plus
  • Familiarity with ad server technologies would be a plus
  • Knowledge of CRM and payment provider integrations would be a plus
  • Experience in global-scale product launches would be a plus
