Job Description
Senior Product Manager & Strategist creating innovative AdTech solutions. Leading market research and strategic product initiatives in a hybrid work setup with US time zones.
Responsibilities:
- Own the competitive landscape view and perform deep market research to identify growth opportunities
- Develop strategic theses and conduct TAM/SAM analysis for product portfolio expansion
- Build detailed revenue opportunity and P&L models for new products or features
- Present market intelligence and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Conduct customer discovery through interviews, surveys, and usability tests
- Analyze user journeys and feature adoption using analytics tools
- Write clear Product Briefs, PRDs, and user stories
- Collaborate with BA, Designer, and Copywriter to groom and prioritize backlog
- Approve feature acceptance criteria before deployment
Requirements:
- 4+ years in Product Management or Product Strategy, preferably in B2B SaaS or AdTech
- Proven experience in financial modeling and competitive analysis (Market Sizing/TAM)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
- Upper-intermediate or higher English level
- Ability to work US time zone hours
- Experience with AI-driven AdTech solutions would be a plus
- Background in high-load systems and real-time data processing would be a plus
- Familiarity with ad server technologies would be a plus
- Knowledge of CRM and payment provider integrations would be a plus
- Experience in global-scale product launches would be a plus
