  • You monitor the broadcast, media, and IT markets, identifying market opportunities and tracking technology trends in areas such as UHD/HDR, video routing/processing, IP video standards (e.g., SMPTE ST 2110, SRT, NDI), and real-time contribution systems.
  • You translate customer and stakeholder requirements into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and actionable development plans for the MT video portfolio.
  • You identify opportunities to grow the rental and managed-technology business and define product requirements that support real-world event execution.
  • You lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across software, hardware, and business units throughout development, launch, and deployment phases.
  • You manage product launches while ensuring alignment with financial targets, timelines, technical standards, and customer expectations.
  • You act as an internal and external ambassador for Riedel MT’s video technologies, supporting sales, conducting training, and producing product-focused documentation.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in video technology, ideally in broadcast, sports production, live events, or media technology
  • Strong understanding of live video workflows, IP-based media networks, video routing, and encoding/decoding technologies
  • Ability to think across technical, operational, and commercial dimensions with a business-driven mindset
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership and customers
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional and international environments
  • Willingness to travel for customer engagements, deployments, and industry events
  • Fluent English is required; German is a strong advantage

Benefits:
