Job Description
Product Owner joining Concentrix to deliver game-changing solutions in enterprise experience design. Collaborating with clients to refine business processes and application configurations remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Support client out-of-box proof of concept delivery
- Budget configuration on process and application configuration
- Partner request form process and application configuration
- Partner claim submission process and application configuration
- Activity approval process and application configuration
- Portal configuration
- Adherence to client's design standards and UX experience
- Reporting process and application configuration
- Release support and hypercare following release
- Business process and application refinement post release
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience as a product analyst/business process analyst
- Salesforce experience
- Experience building MDF tools a plus but not required
- Experience with building financial/compliance tools a plus but not required
