Job Description
Product Owner on the Nova platform supporting data and analytics for client insights at Power Digital. Collaborating with teams to translate client needs into actionable requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Support discovery by gathering requirements from internal teams (Retail, Media, Strategy, Analytics)
- Translate business and client needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear backlog items
- Maintain and organize the Nova product backlog, ensuring priorities align with roadmap goals
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and retrospectives
- Assist in validating data accuracy, dashboards, and reporting outputs within Nova
- Collect and synthesize feedback from client teams, strategists, and internal users
- Support feature launches with enablement documentation, release notes, and internal communications
- Learn and apply AI tools to assist with PRD, documentation, and workflow efficiency
- Utilize and grow expertise in Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem, including integrations with third-party platforms
Requirements:
- Agile / Scrum understanding
- Backlog & Requirement Management
- Data & Analytics Literacy
- Communication & Collaboration
- Proficiency in Jira (strongly preferred), Asana, or similar tools
- Basic SQL knowledge or demonstrated willingness to learn
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders
