Job Description

Professional Services Consultant implementing Absorb’s AI-driven learning platform for organizational workforce development. Configuring LMS environments, leading client projects, and delivering integrations across HR, IT, and L&D.

Responsibilities:

  • Scope, plan, and deliver paid engagements covering LMS administration and technical configuration
  • Lead discovery and requirements sessions with client stakeholders
  • Turn requirements into statements of work with milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria
  • Run engagements across client HR, IT, L&D, and compliance teams
  • Escalate jeopardized project scope or deadlines to the Manager, Professional Services
  • Configure Absorb LMS environments, including departments, roles, enrollment rules, workflows, branding, and e-commerce settings
  • Advise clients and coordinate with internal stakeholders on data migration, SSO, REST API use, and scheduled data feeds
  • Work with Technical Services on implementation build and testing
  • Manage concurrent engagements, tracking budget, timeline, and scope
  • Report engagement status to clients and internal leadership
  • Maintain configuration records, decision logs, and handover notes
  • Provide consulting support to internal teams on LMS administration and data questions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years delivering client-facing projects in professional services, consulting, or LMS administration at a SaaS company
  • Hands-on administrator experience with at least one commercial LMS, such as Absorb, Docebo, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday Learning
  • Experience carrying multiple concurrent projects with separate budgets, timelines, and stakeholder groups through sign-off
  • Working knowledge of SAML 2.0, OIDC, REST APIs, and flat-file data feeds
  • Comfort building reports, validating imports, and explaining results to non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, AICC, and HRIS or HCM integrations is an asset
  • PMP, CAPM, or comparable project management training is an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Must pass pre-employment background screening, including a criminal record check
  • Must provide proof of legal eligibility to work in the country applied to without sponsorship
