Job Description
Gerente de Projetos SAP responsável por planejar e executar projetos de implementação SAP e transformação digital. Liderando equipes multidisciplinares e garantindo entregas dentro dos padrões de qualidade.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, coordinating and executing SAP projects
- Ensuring they are completed within defined timelines, scope and budget
- Will manage implementation projects, digital transformation and migrations to SAP S/4HANA
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, project teams and executive leadership
- Ensure project delivery meets quality standards, schedule, scope and budget
- Promote operational excellence, client satisfaction and value creation for the business
- Plan, coordinate and manage end-to-end SAP projects from initiation to closure
- Conduct executive and operational meetings with clients, sponsors and stakeholders
- Lead multidisciplinary teams composed of functional consultants, ABAP, BASIS, Integration, Security and other SAP specialists
- Ensure application of SAP Activate, PMBOK, Agile methodologies and governance best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP projects
- Participation in SAP Greenfield implementation projects
- Participation in SAP S/4HANA Brownfield conversion projects
- Experience in rollout, upgrade, digital transformation and AMS projects
- Experience in projects involving multiple SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, HCM, RE-FX, among others)
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
- Experience managing budget, schedule, scope, quality, risks and resources
- Experience in SAP consulting firms or large corporate transformation programs
- Experience managing multidisciplinary, geographically distributed teams
- Experience in multicultural environments and working with international clients
