Job Description
Part-time Food Inspector conducting merchandise and container inspections for QIMA, a global quality-assurance and supply-chain services company. Completing compliant inspection reports and communicating with suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Check email daily to receive inspection documents and guidelines
- Attend inspections on time and communicate with suppliers professionally
- Perform merchandise inspections according to company procedures
- Supervise container stuffing according to company procedures
- Complete inspection reports according to company procedures and timelines
- Report to an Operations Manager as part of the Operations team
Requirements:
- 2 years or more of experience in quality management, especially in the food industry
- Knowledge of AQL standards
- Knowledge of relevant safety and quality regulations
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Great attention to detail
- Strong professional ethics
