Job Description
QA Analyst ensuring high quality software for nonprofit organizations leveraging Salesforce platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve QA processes and develop test scenarios.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Product team to validate requirements and product solutions
- Define test scenarios with the Development and Product teams
- Manual QA on new features, enhancements, and bug fixes
- Create documentation of application changes, configuration, or known issues
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience in a QA role
- Accuracy and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technically minded with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Experience in defining new QA processes to continuously improve the team
- Bonus points if you have experience writing automation tests against web applications
- Bonus points if you’ve tested out new tools and processes, leveraging AI.
