Job Description
QA Developer testing AI-assisted web features and building client tools for Terra, a digital marketing and creative agency. Reviewing code, diagnosing bugs, and monitoring web performance.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Technology Lead, AI Developers, and UX/UI Design Lead to test and develop features
- Review AI-assisted code before delivery to clients for correctness, adherence to conventions, invented APIs, and plausible bugs
- Collaborate with the AI Developer to diagnose issues, determine fixes, and assess regression risks
- Trace issues to front-end, back-end, or prompt causes and implement fixes through completion
- Intentionally test AI features and document successful cases
- Monitor Web Speed Optimization efforts after each release
- Report proactively to the internal Project Manager and AI Developers
- Manage schedules to ensure deadlines are met
- Take on development tasks for internal tools and client features alongside the AI Developer
Requirements:
- Located in Europe
- Ability to work Spain office hours, 10am–6pm CET
- Fluent in Spanish and professional, working English
- Around 1 year of experience in web development or QA
- Able to read and write JavaScript
- Comfortable with a modern framework such as React or Vue
- Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
- Understanding of back-end logic using PHP and/or Node
- Experience testing REST or GraphQL endpoints
- Experience working with Git and in an Agile environment
- Comfortable using AI assistants in the workflow, including writing prompts and critically reviewing generated code
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, including personal projects
- Keen eye for detail, interactivity, and animation
- Ability to work closely with others
