Job Description
Quality Assurance Specialist focusing on evaluating and improving quality across operations and customer interactions. Ensuring compliance with internal standards and client requirements in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality evaluations through audits, monitoring, and systematic performance reviews.
- Analyze processes, products, and customer interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Document findings, prepare detailed quality reports, and present insights to stakeholders.
- Identify gaps, deviations, and non-compliance with policies, procedures, and quality frameworks.
- Recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Track improvement initiatives and validate their effectiveness over time.
- Collaborate with Operations, Training, and Leadership teams to improve overall performance.
- Support the development and updating of quality manuals, procedures, and evaluation criteria.
- Maintain accurate documentation, quality metrics, trend analyses, and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Process Analysis, or QA leadership roles (mandatory).
- Solid knowledge of quality methodologies (ISO standards, Six Sigma, QA frameworks, or similar).
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards, and data analysis tools (mandatory).
- Advanced English level (C1) with clear communication and minimal accent (mandatory).
- Proven ability to interpret policies, procedures, and evaluation criteria accurately.
- Excellent documentation and professional writing skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple evaluations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
