Job Description

Quality Assurance Specialist responsible for quality audits and reporting for Burjline Builders’ service processes. Ensures compliance with standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams on improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality audits, inspections, and testing of products, services, or processes
  • Identify defects, inconsistencies, and compliance issues
  • Document findings and prepare detailed quality reports
  • Track, investigate, and resolve quality issues using root cause analysis
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures, checklists, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, customer service, and other teams to improve quality
  • Monitor quality metrics and recommend process improvements
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Train employees on quality standards and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with quality management systems and documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar, depending on the industry)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
