Job Description
Quantitative researcher developing predictive signals across commodities, prediction markets, and global macro. Sharing performance upside while the AI research team handles execution, risk, and infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine predictive signals in commodities, including energy, metals, agriculture, and relationships between physical and financial markets
- Develop and refine predictive signals for prediction markets, including event probabilities and mispriced odds
- Develop and refine systematic global macro signals involving rates, FX, sovereign risk, and cross-asset calls
- Bring a model, systematic strategy, or market-reading approach with a demonstrated edge
- Work independently on your own schedule while the company handles execution, risk, and infrastructure
Requirements:
- Demonstrated genuine edge in a market signal, model, or systematic strategy
- Ability to explain why the edge holds up
- Self-directed traders with a verifiable track record
- Researchers from physics, mathematics, engineering, or computer science applying their tools to markets
- Deep specialization in a commodity, energy market, election, or other market domain
- Evidence of being right often enough to demonstrate it is not luck
- Supporting material such as a CV, track record, or description of the signal or approach
Benefits:
- A performance fee tied directly to what your signal earns — the stronger and more consistent it is, the larger your share
- Real capital behind your ideas, plus institutional-grade execution and risk management
- Complete flexibility: fully remote, work from anywhere, on your own time
- No relocation, no employment requirement to begin, and no obligation to share anything sensitive before an NDA is in place
- The chance to work alongside a world-class team of AI researchers and engineers who will push your thinking harder than anyone else
