Job Description
Real Estate Analyst building AI workflows to enhance investment team productivity in commercial real estate. Collaborating to map deal processes and resolve friction points with AI solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Work with investment teams to map deal workflows
- Spot friction in underwriting and deal review
- Build AI workflows for screening and analysis
- Turn messy PDFs into clean, usable outputs
- Prototype features with product and engineering
- Translate customer pain into product changes
- Help improve deal speed, accuracy, and output quality
Requirements:
- U.S.-based and authorized to work in the U.S.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Know cap rates, NOI, DCFs, and rent rolls
- Built AI workflows that solved real problems
- Strong with both clients and technical teams
- Python experience (nice to have)
- API experience (nice to have)
- Background in finance, real estate, or data science (nice to have)
